Power Skill: Reporting, Analysis & Forecasting

Turn a recurring two-hour report into a five-minute review — and forecast without a finance degree.

Discernment Power skill: Reporting & Forecasting

The reporting/forecasting power skill — the format never changes, only the data does, which makes it the ideal Skill. Everyone builds the Weekly Report Skill (with the fact-vs-hypothesis discipline that keeps it trustworthy), then a simple Forecast & Scenario model, then applies it through their lens (pipeline / ops dashboard / obligations / campaign).

The wow: flexing a single assumption and watching the scenarios update — explainable quant planning anyone can own. The D is Discernment: judging what the numbers mean and labelling inference as inference.

Learner goals

  • Build the Weekly Report Skill on a real data source.
  • Separate fact from hypothesis so the report is trustworthy.
  • Build a simple, explainable forecast with base/best/worst scenarios.
  • Apply reporting through your role lens.

What you set up live

  • Connect or import a data source (Sheet/CSV/CRM).
  • Build the Weekly Report Skill in your house format.
  • Build a forecast and flex one assumption to see the answer move.
